Lt. William Petrone

Lt. Petrone became a police officer in 1981, and was most recently promoted to Lieutenant in 2002.  He has received several commendations, including the Medal of Honor.  He lives in Monmouth Beach with his wife and three sons.  He enjoys fishing, skiing, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Sgt. Dennis Cahill

Sgt. Cahill has been a Monmouth Beach Police officer since 1989.  He was awarded the Gallantry Star in 1992.  He was promoted to sergeant in 2002.  Sgt. Cahill designed the custom computer program that the Monmouth Beach Police Department uses for dispatch and report writing.  Sgt. Cahill is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family. 

Sgt. Drew Winans

Sgt. Winans is a lifelong resident of Long Branch where he served as a volunteer fireman and first aider.  Drew served in the US Coast Guard from 1975-1981.  Drew joined the Long Branch police force in 1979 , and came to Monmouth Beach in June of 1993.  Drew has served as the department DARE officer since 1996.  Drew is an avid fisherman.

Ptl. Thomas Hennessey

Ptl. Hennessey grew up in Monmouth Beach and loves the closeness of the small community.  He became a patrolman in 1984.  Tom currently serves as the department's homeland security liaison.  Tom is a licensed private pilot, enjoys flying, and can often be seen circling in the skies over Monmouth Beach.

Ptl. Thomas Walsh

Ptl. Walsh started his career with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and was appointed as a patrolman to the Monmouth Beach Police Department in 1996.  Tom holds a B.A. from Rowan University in criminal justice, and is currently pursuing a masters degree at FDU.  Through Tom's efforts the department has received several police related grants.  Tom enjoys training for and participating in triathlons.

Ptl. John Jones

Ptl. Jones has been a patrolman with Monmouth Beach since December of 1999.  He is a firearms instructor and assistant DARE officer.  John is a member of the Monmouth Beach Fire Company and served as chief in 1999.  John enjoys softball, camping, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.  Born and raised in Monmouth Beach, John now resides in Long Branch with his wife and children.

Ptl. Daniel McManus

Ptl. McManus is a graduate of Rowan University with a BA in Law and Justice.  Dan served in the Naval Reserves for eight years.  He was a special Officer prior to becoming a patrolman.  Dan is the department's radar instructor.  Dan has received the department's Life Saving Award.  In his spare time he enjoys fishing and golfing.

Ptl. Jeffrey Godwin

Ptl. Godwin began with the Monmouth Beach Police Department as a Special Officer and was appointed as a Patrolman in May of 2002.  He is a member of the NJ Army National Guard.  Jeff is a certified firearms instructor and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the police department web site.  In his spare time Jeff enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. 

Ptl. Aaron Rock

Ptl. Rock began his law enforcement career with the Sea Bright Police Dept.  He joined the Bradley Beach Police Dept. in 2002 and came to Monmouth Beach in 2003.  Aaron served as Fire Chief in Sea Bright in 2000, and remains active there.  Aaron enjoys playing golf.

S/O II Peter Farmer

S/O Farmer is a lifelong resident of Monmouth Beach, and he joined the department as a special officer in 2002.  S/O Farmer is also a dispatcher with Shrewsbury Police department.  Peter enjoys cross country running and spending time with his family.

S/O II Drew Edson

S/O Edson has been with the Monmouth Beach Police department since 2003.  Drew is also a member of the Monmouth Beach First Aid Squad.  Edson enjoys mountain biking, surfing, and fishing.
